Suzanne Reisman's Hit Rat Tour
GANYC member Suzanne Reisman's detailed tour on the history of garbage and rats in New York continues to make a splash. The tour covers the history of the rat populations in NYC, the history of sanitation in the city, and how the city combats rodents. Guests learn about rat biology and habits, garbage disposal systems, metaphorical rats (ie. the corrupt!), and gross stories featuring all of the above. She is also a graduate of the New York City Trash Academy and a member of the New York City Rat Pack, “an elite squad of dedicated anti-rat activists.”
